The breakfasts were freshly cooked and lovely!

The room I booked was beautifully maintained and stocked with the bathroom, a fridge, bunk beds. It offered good service and brilliant food too. This location was fab and amazing, so close to the weekly market, and Playa De Las Americas:)))

The cuisine is definitely the best part, the dishes are abundant, maybe even too much. The activities are numerous and well-managed. For those who have children between 6 and 12 years it's a perfect place to spend a holiday

The rooms should be modernized and the staff seems a little bit stressed and discontented

Great hotel with its heated swimming pool, spa & wellness centre, and excellent bar/lounge area. The staff helped me with local info during my first stay. I recommend arriving early for meals.

Particularly good good all round hotel location next to excellent beaches and all amenities and other areas. Also, on the seafront.

Excellent staff made our stay enjoyable.

The cleanliness of the room was subpar, with dust everywhere and hair in the bathroom. The amenities promised were either old or nonexistent, like the lack of coffee and tea facilities in the room.

The breakfast was excellent, the staff was very kind and welcoming. Hotel is very close to the sea and convenient to go out in the evening, great variety of food options at dinner... We'll be come back

Based on our experience, the only improvement to be made is to change the extremely uncomfortable cushions.

My stay was fantastic as I loved the lovely room overlooking the pool and the convenient walking distance to beaches and shopping centers, making it easy to explore the area without needing transportation.

I appreciated very much the courtesy of the reception and restaurant staff and the cleanliness in general. Good location near the sea. The buffet is rather good

The hotel exceeded our expectations, very close to the playa de Adeje. Hotel has all the comforts starting from the three swimming pools, one on the roof where you can admire the ocean. Excellent international breakfast is always provided and very varied. there is also entertainment for adults and children, in the evening there are always two shows plus the piano bar on the ground floor. Clean room, professional staff

The only drawback is a little bit slow wifi

The family room was perfect for our kids, offering great pool views and spaciousness. The entertainment team was really nice, especially with engaging activities throughout the day and night!
